Mr. Mike Taing offers over 10 years of experience in civil engineering design, including grading, water and sewer facilities, hydrology, hydraulics, storm drain facilities, detention facilities, and roadways. As a Project Engineer/Manager, Mike oversees the preparation of engineered plans, designs, analysis, and documents associated with various land development projects ranging from the small subdivisions to large master-planned communities including commercial and industrial projects. He works closely with clients and agencies to maintain project schedules and overall engineering design support. Mike has worked with agencies such as the cities of Corona, Lake Elsinore, Rancho Cucamonga, and Riverside, Riverside County, Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, Caltrans, and Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District.
RECENT PROJECT EXPERIENCE
Alberhill Transmission Line, City of Lake Elsinore, CA – Performed engineering design and preparation of plans for the 36” through 48” Alberhill Transmission Main located in Lake Street and Nichols Road in the City of Lake Elsinore. The project included design efforts for approximately 8,800 L.F. of transmission main through a proposed Master Planned project.
Ontario Waterline, City of Corona, CA - Performed engineering design and preparation of plans for the 21” Transmission Waterline Project for the City of Corona.
Flagler Well Irrigation Waterline, City of Corona, CA - Project Engineer/Manager for design of relocation plan for 10” irrigation waterline, including plans, specifications and easement documents.
Alberhill Ranch, City of Lake Elsinore, CA - Project Engineer/Manager for a 390-acre multi-phased master-plan community comprised of over 900 units, a Sports Park, and Water Reservoir Sites. Work included the design, analysis, and preparation of grading, drainage systems, roadway and infrastructure improvements.
The Crossings, City of Corona, CA - Project Engineer for 190-acre Commercial and Industrial Project. Work included the design of 3000 LF of 10’W x 10’H Reinforced Concrete Box storm drain facility, onsite drainage facilities, sewer and water facilities, roadway and grading plans. Services also included coordination and processing of plans with FEMA for the removal of the existing floodplain across the site.
PM 23271, County of Riverside, CA - Project Engineer for a 27-acre Industrial Development Project. The scope of services included the design of 1600 LF of Riprap Revetment along an existing drainage channel and floodplain analysis. Services also included the preparation of grading plans and sewer & water improvements as well as processing of plans for CLOMR and LOMR through FEMA and coordination with RCFC&WCD and resource agencies.
